How we help
Property agreements
We review transaction terms, payment, handover, property descriptions and the documents supplied. We identify points needing clarification or more precise agreement before drafting is finalised or a transaction decision is made.
Landlord and tenant relationships
We assess lease provisions concerning payment, handover, maintenance, use and termination. Notices, correspondence and handover records are reviewed according to the issue in dispute.
Claims and disputes
We organise the claim or response, supporting documents and current procedural position. Work may concern unpaid amounts, contractual obligations or alleged damage, with the appropriate route assessed after review.
Before you contact us
- The property agreement or lease and all schedules.
- Available property documents and the parties' roles.
- Payment records, handover records and notices.
- Correspondence and any existing claim file.
The documents needed are confirmed after we understand the matter; this is a preparation guide, not a fixed requirement for every case.
How it works
Understand the transaction
We identify the property, contractual relationship and purpose of the advice.
Review the obligations
We connect the agreement with payments, handover and documented events.
Define the assignment
We agree the required review, negotiation support or representation.
Common questions
Can a lease be reviewed before it is signed?
Yes. Review may cover financial obligations, handover, maintenance, termination and other relevant terms. Include the draft, its schedules and an explanation of how the property will be used.
Does legal review include a property valuation?
Our service concerns documents, contracts and the legal position. A market valuation or technical assessment is a separate question and may require an independent specialist, depending on the matter.
